Print

Getting enough sleep means prioritizing and protecting enough time every day.

  • Work together to develop time management skills.
  • Help your athlete develop good sleep habits and environment to promote quality sleep during the available time.
  • Remember that there are 24 hours in a day, that certain activities have fixed hours required and others are variable depending on what remains.

Fixed Hours

Organized sport hours

Variable Hours
